Children, young people and families deserve the best care experience, timely services and a system that is easy to navigate. The sector always strives do to better, and our Quest program supports agencies in their ongoing quality improvement efforts. Quest is a quality improvement (QI) program based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology, which we offer in partnership with Children's Mental Health Ontario (CMHO). It focuses on building organizational capacity for QI and a culture of continuous quality improvement within the involved organization. This includes supports to ensure sustainability, scalability, spread and knowledge mobilization.

Quest involves group learning sessions along with tailored, individual QI coaching. It is offered free of charge to participating organizations, and team members are provided with Lean Six Sigma training and certification. Additionally, organizations receive a small grant to support their engagement in the program.
