Championing quality improvement: Meet our second Quest cohort!

We’re excited to announce the agencies that will join our next quality improvement (QI) Quest! Selected child and youth mental health agencies will go the distance to ensure children, young people and families receive the best care experience possible — and we’ll be there to support them.

In early 2021, we held a call for proposals for Quest — our QI program offered in partnership with Children’s Mental Health Ontario — and asked agencies to propose QI projects around the theme of care pathways.

We’re thrilled to announce the agencies that will join our Quest:

  • Reach Out Centre for Kids: Improving access to counselling and therapy services
  • Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre: Improving care pathways for children and young people who are victims of internet child exploitation
  • Open Doors for Lanark Children and Youth: Integration across the lifespan: Improving the transition to adult services
  • Peterborough Youth Services: Reducing waitlist by improving brief service pathways
  • Maltby Centre: Improving concurrent mental health and addictions services for young people in KFL&A
  • TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca (Hands): Beyond brief: Improving client service matching and pathways to mental health services
